The problem was probably because I had just finished the LAN jack and was hoping to get to the Repeater wired. That did not work, but I had to explicitly use the WLAN for the initial setup. Only via WLAN, the address "fritz.repeater" resolved. In the DNS are fritz.box "." - Characters are not allowed, so had the IP of the LAN socket get a separate name (has then also get a fixed IP, more on that later).

So strive to AVM page and read that the antenna cable is short and the connection is to be "close to the can". But what I still missing:
- Lighter equipment in the existing network, especially if you want to use the non-repeater mode
- XLMTV URL for the EPG, as modes gets no EPG information from the repeater directly.
- VLC for Mac has no EPG, so here also no support (VLC under Windows it)
- Export of transmit lists as a common list
- No name for LAN socket in the LAN bridge mode
- Send list already filled after first operation (with false sender addresses!)
- URI of the exported stations not customizable (eg host name instead of an IP address)
TIP: Especially URI point is important when in the Fritz box a dynamic IP can be assigned to the LAN jack. If you have assigned a static IP or a name, the next lease (new IP), the transmission list is useless! therefore
Conclusion: I look at the device then still more closely. It follows the establishment by Kodi and setting up of the EPG. If all goes well, then I'm satisfied.

Purpose

The unit should expand a network with a Fritz box 7390, in which the in-house antenna port (MTK signal via wall sockets supply) is brought into the network. Here should mainly be made on an iPad balcony / terrace and Mac fernsehtauglich.

First Experience

The initial setup was a nightmare. After the device is connected to the first repeater for a long time could not be found via WLAN. So a network cable is connected and attempts to access the repeater via LAN. Unfortunately no success. Only when the Fritz box has been completely opened, the device could be found. The third disappointment was then result in reception of some channels. Here are especially "ARD - Das Erste" to call that generates permanent disconnections and jerky. This is not a TV, so I can look into the edge zone of a city DVB-T ... Other channels such as DMAX and TELE5 function properly. Seems to have to do so with the transmitter, but the feel her only a "half product" ...
The fourth damper follows immediately: the connection quality is, in spite of that even has its own wireless SSID was used as recommended by AVM, when used with other devices in the WLAN (the Fritz box) more than sobering. Despite that, the signal goes through another WLAN, there is strong interference in the communication between repeaters and terminal. And the fifth dampener but known before relatively quickly is that the repeater station lists between any SD and HD programs and mixed so only by offering a list of exported quality level. The unit offers a functional advantage, I would like to wish me at Fritz boxes, the television feed into the LAN. An additional unit of electricity costs, generate more radio waves and provides potential for interference. For this reason and the above experience, the device goes unfortunately after 3 days back. Here AVM has still a lot of "usability" to improve my opinion before I was considering perhaps again to bring the device to use.
