Caution Depending on which provider to obtain this IP phone is the power supply an English plug !!! There is no adapter!
Another point of criticism is the firmware. Bugs without end!
I wanted to use this phone as a supplement for my Mobotix door stations, since there is no longer the predecessor GXV-3140.
To say it right away: Yes, it is possible to use this phone as a remote station for Mobotix. But you have to make all of the options by hand because no Autoconfig Mobotix worked with this model!
But beware! For God's sake no firmware update the phone perform !!! The current firmware has errors that make using a Mobotix Türsprechanalge impossible! After countless emails with the Grandstream support they have given me graciously access to the FTP server, where I got access to the older firmware versions. After much trial and error I have found an old version that contains relatively little bugs and simultaneously works with Mobotix.
Therefore again: Beware of the firmware updates from Grandstream when you work with Mobotix !!!
I forgive 2 stars, because the hardware really is good in itself and the unit felt after 10 hours configure finally works.
