At the power supply itself there is absolutely nothing to complain about. For 56 uro you get in addition to the normal connections for the motherboard (24 + 2 times 4 pole) 6 Sata connectors and two 8 pole graphics card connectors. In addition there are 2 older 4 pole connectors and 1 smaller connector for floppy drives or other devices that need these statements. That should be enough for any modern middle-class system. Who needs more should always resort to a more powerful power supply.
The cables are long enough for normal Midi Tower. One problem there might be a maximum when the power supply is mounted below the housing and the main power connector is attached to the motherboard on top. I myself use a desktop case from Silverstone. Since the cable for this case are far too long I had to bend x times to make them fit. Since the cable of this power supply are not very stiff went very easy.
The power supply itself remains practically inaudible under load and is therefore thoroughly recommended for each Silent fan. It is the quietest power supply that I had previously. You can hear neither the fan nor any which chirping or whistling that could be generated by the capacitors. With me hanging 2 SSDs, 2 hard drives, 1 DVD burner, 1 Geforce 650 TI Boost and a Xonar DX sound card at the terminals. There are also 4 fans, the processor (I-3 in 2130), 8GB RAM and the motherboard.
The power supply has extensive protections and the 80+ certification ensures efficient power consumption.
Be quiet normally offers warranty periods beyond the statutory warranty period for its products. As a guarantee card from be quiet in the supply missing I do not know whether this also apply to this product. But it is certainly true the statutory warranty period the dealer.
My Conclusion:
In this price range, it should hardly be a better power supply. Virtually silent, tired of connections, a lot of protections and 80+ certification. Could not be better!
