What stands out the same as the first, is the fact that as an artist not only the mastermind but the entire racing team is called. Otherwise, the album is based on musical predecessors AEDs which means that is rocked here sometimes quite violently. The very first song "Nichimgriff" about people with hubris here strong skin clean, but also "maps" with a great horn section, where it's all about the search for oneself, begins skillfully rock. "Never" is reminiscent with its rapartigen singing and rhyming to bands a la Linkin Park and "Monster" is to be understood as a pastiche of so-called rock anthems with regards to the Scorpions. But there are alternatives: In "Pakistan", which could also be called "in holiday travel," skillfully exotic long-term goals are enumerated, backed by a beautiful acoustic guitar. Probably the first German-language song that includes the word approach paths. The morbid "corpse" in a 3/4-time is the quietest song on the album, which does not need drums, but a very original, though black text has (body in the pond and his girlfriend is gone). In the song "War" of consumerism and the rabid road is criticized, accompanied by unusual jazz organ sounds. The most beautiful song on this CD is for me, "Disarm", a lively, rocking song with a nice melody on a strange girl.
Luckily you get with this album is not only a CD with 11 tracks, but still a mini-CD with 4 tracks, then on the Reggae and Ska music prevail and spread good mood. The funniest and best song for me on both CDs is "IFDG" in which, among other things Farin claiming that he could still dance. A fact that is disputed by the Background- "snakes". Also good is "island" in the Farin skillfully Seeed copied and criticized both the consumerism and big business, and the relaxed reggae, where he cancels "Too hot" the revolution due to excessive heat.
Overall a good album, not great, but nice and much more intelligent than many what was a purposed to German-language music this year. But one question remains unanswered: Who the hell is Gobi Todic?
