Worked with me neither WinXP nor under Win7

I have installed the game on two entirely different computers (about 3 years old PC with Win7 and 5-year-old PC with WinXP) and in both cases the game crashed right after the intro from.
After Internet rakes this problem has occurred for many users, the relevant advice (Run in compatibility mode, lowest graphics settings, install the driver DAY) have not helped.

The last patch (1.2) in 2009, that was published about 1 year after publication and since then seems the manufacturers still do not care about the bugs apparently still known.
I can therefore give the game only 1 star (actually 0, but unfortunately that does not work). Too bad, because those where the game works, rave about the story.
