It works better than a ball-secretion suction device and a vacuum cleaner attachment to me was not an option. A simple device which is really easy to clean. In the manual is the filter should be changed every day, which I find is not necessarily needed. Occurs naturally also depends on the demand. And if is replacement supplied.
The only thing that bothers me is this rubber mouthpiece. It has an unpleasant taste / smell. Reminds me of the bloat of these old airbeds. Gets me anyway mild nausea forth. Well I hope I no longer need that sucker so many times.
