We have the logger used in an underground passage and work and work and work now for more than two years. The battery I had to change a maximum of 1x - I do not remember. Can read the data I do with XP, the program runs under Windows 7, and you at least look at the graphics and data tables (txt) create it. Whether setting and reading Windows 7 works, I do not know. I can only recommend the logger at the price! He works very reliable!
