These tapes do whatever they want, if you have at last found after some fumbling the really right position in the crease.
When the eye is opened they then do not fall on, not even if I have not eyeshadow. But I think the intensity of unusual event is highly dependent on your own skin color.

I was happy because of the reviews on again visible eyelid and an "open" eye.
The lid was visible, but unfortunately the open eye was missing.

When the tape is applied, the skin is pushed into the crease to the rear, causing the upper eyelid visible again arises. But that by "new" emerging Lid needs also a certain "place" (do not know how I could express it differently) and this "place" it is looking at me in the eye.
This means that the skin is pushed away not only upward but also with me, no matter how I place the tape, always down to the eye.
This to my eye thus even more tired of, as with my drooping eyelids and there is a certain "bedroom eyes" I do not find very desirable.

It is also possible that this effect occurs with me by because I have relatively small eyes, I can not be conclusively assessed.
