Now, full of hope and confidence, I started about 1 week later again from the beginning: re abdominal cramps - so strong that I thought I should call an ambulance. = (
It's really a pity that I can not stand it, but it works: I've seen it in enough people that it really helps.
People who generally have a slightly sensitive stomach, should rather make a detour around Multaben or runtersetzen the dosage or increasing slowly, I think that I'm not coped with the sudden high protein content.
Supplement: But I have a lactose intolerance take lactose tablets so I can tolerate milk products. But even with the maximum dose tablets I had stomach cramps what else happened to me in any other dairy products ...
