Works but treatment needed

For a little over 2 years I dye my naturally light blonde hair in various shades of brown, mostly in chestnut or medium brown. Over time, the hair of coloring to coloring darkened, so that they partly already appeared almost black. So I started looking for a way to lighten the hair back a bit. Bleaching came to me out of the question because I was afraid of orange hair and this procedure is also not particularly gentle. I came across this product and tried it yesterday.

I have omitted the week prior to application on any styling products and wash my hair anyway with silicone-free shampoo.

I proceeded as follows:

1 mixture of bottle 1 and 2 apply to the hair. This was pretty easy. I rubbed all the hair very generous. I have shoulder-length hair and had at the end still a good choice.

2. Cover hair with plastic wrap.

3. Then leave for 45 minutes.

4. Rinse hair thoroughly for 10 minutes.

5. Apply fixer from bottle 3. Leave on for one minute.

6. Rinse again 5 minutes.

7. Again apply fixer. Leave on for one minute.

8. Rinse thoroughly.

After that, my hair have felt very dull and lifeless and rough. So I've used a rinse. Then the hair was smooth again.

And now the most important part, the result. With wet hair you could already see that she has done. After drying, you could see the bottom line: The top third of my hair was a bright golden blonde (as bright as the natural hair color just slightly golden), the second third was dark blond and the last third was light brown. So I had a gradient in the hair, which so not even looked bad and what others pay the hairdresser a lot of money. But my taste not wars. I had, however, expected that the hair is not lightened evenly, finally, the tips had been dyed several times more frequently with brown color as the approach. Therefore comprehensible and since I had already before, even to drown out the hair in my favorite color, I thought it was not bad. In any case, the product worked and I would recommend it to anyone, but you should expect that the color is indeed pulled out of the hair, but the result can be uneven and we therefore need aftertreatment hair again.

I have now today the hair in dark brown tinted (my hair take paint very well, so the result is always slightly darker than shown in me) and now I have my dream: light brown hair with a light honey gold shimmer.
