Under Raspbian "wheezy" (adapted for the Raspberry Pi Debian operating system) does this stick super short device. It needs to install a driver, Linux professionals who hereby certainly not a problem, and Linux beginners can it ergoogeln (like me :)).

The stick I got in about 10 - used for router 15 meters. Between the stick and the router are located 4 (!) Walls. The reception is fine, but only if the antenna of the stick is exactly straight up (as is indeed intended). Otherwise, slow down the speed.

Buy recommendation for Raspberry Pi or Debian users! (I do not have to stick with Windows tested)
