This cable works perfectly when plugged my xbox to my optical switch or optical switch my my home theater but refuses to issue when connected to my PS3 or my tv on my optical switch. I tried with 2 cables of this brand but I have nothing to do, it does not. Fortunately I had another optical cable of another brand that was lying now everything works ... In any case it remains a mystery, although where this cable is not universal so that it is stubborn.
