How it works correctly: chewing it up slightly peppery taste, no longer chew and keep in mouth. After a certain pause then chew again to the slightly pungent taste arises. And so on. Then they have been right "dose" and no side effects. Anyone who wants to stop, but not yet developed the absolute will, can outsmart so the "innernen bastard". Recommended!

Addendum after 4 days successfully quitting smoking: For someone who smokes about 1 box per day, 4mg mE are exactly right. But if you - like me - has smoked 5-10 cigarettes a day, then it also does half. I'm gone over to halve the gums with a sharp kitchen knife (goes smoothly). Then I got the right one for me dose and the pleasant side effect that I was not as got a big chunk of the "parking" of the gum in the mouth. Much more pleasant! I'll 4mg buy in the future and share.
