Works - XP, Win7, Win8, Win8.1

Possession now 2 of these sticks, bought before> = 5 years and in-2013.
Ran under XP 32bit as well as now under Win7 / 64bit and Win8.1 / 64bit.
Reception sensitivity is slightly lower than at an older PCI card (AverTV 771) (same computer, same antenna), but ultimately this is an apples and oranges comparison (only as a guide in case someone can randomly compare).

Location is limit (Cologne / Bonn area) between official "reception with indoor antenna reception versus external antenna".
It will receive all the channels; using the supplied aerial interference depending on weather conditions at individual stations, with an active indoor antenna (35, - EUR Class) always good reception; with a stripped coax cable (15cm copper core at the end of Expose) slightly better reception than the supplied adapter.

The software is OK; the post-processing of files with ProjektX / Cuttermaran / IfoEdit works fine.
The currently newest driver / software (WinTV v7.0.31347 / 3.2) seems to me better than the previous (faster switching time).
Drivers / Software also work seamlessly with the older Stick.
Incomprehensible / awkward to query the original CD during the upgrade (but you do indeed extremely rare). Not tested whether it will come with an ISO image (if one does not have a physical drive on the computer).
