Xbox 360 - new purchase for my PS3

Now my recession after 4 weeks and 10 games later ----

------------ Starting position:

I have connected the Xbox to my Full HD via HDMI and a relatively good 5.1 system. I played both online and offline various games. Among other role-playing games like Fallout 3 and Borderland, shooters like Left 4 Dead, Halo or COD 4 as well as action games like Resident Evil. I play next XBOX also like the PC or PS3, and know a lot of the songs played games on other consoles from.

------------ Motives and first impressions

The Xbox 360 has long made me beautiful eyes. I am with my PS3 though fully satisfied, because many of my friends, however, play online titles exclusively on XBox I let me now tempted by a bargain purchase.

So proud of the beautiful box unpacked home and. The first impression of workmanship and quality was OK It smells strongly of plastic at the beginning but somehow I liked the smell :) .. Quick connect (fix and went easy) and put on the TV shelf. The Xbox does, unlike the PS3 a relatively bulky impression despite almost the same size ... but you get used to it.
Not enjoyed the battery compartment on the controller, even if the controller is very good in the hand ... a built-up battery as with the PS3 would have been nicer ... With the first start I used as geschmunzelt ... The online mode (the actual motive for sale) has given me some problems. Happy as I was buying, I remember that in the Xbox No wireless receiver is installed as the PS3 ... the network cable across my apartment is still here because I'm just too stingy to me the wireless receiver for proud 50 to buy.
The contributions for the Xbox Live online use do somehow hurt it .. Although only a lump sum in the year of about 40 but in the PS 3 I get nothing. However, I also have to admit that one for when Xbox also a better online mode gets and much easier and faster work than with the PS3.

------------ Games / Graphics and Sound / Multimedia

I'm not saying that the PS3 is better than the Xbox or the other way around .. I think see some titles on the Xbox other better on the PS 3 ... on the whole, I have to say that but my PS 3 of the Graphics have a nice little touch occurs. The exclusive titles which are available exclusively for the Xbox 360 for me personally no reason to opt for this system, just as little as the exclusive title of PS3 have not convinced me.

I think now that the honest price of PS3 Slim (especially now as slim-line starting at 299 with 120GB hard drive or bundled with game and 240GB hard drive for about 350) and the Xbox nothing more. I buy the wireless adapter for that I have the same price conditions. Although the Games of the Xbox are on average for cheaper, but the hardware more expensive especially here in some cases exclusively Xbox Product must be used.

* No multimedia function on a normal DVD -NO addition Blu-ray

My Recommendation:

-Who Knows many people who already own an Xbox and they make intensive use of online and myself like to want to be involved online is right here.
-Who Wants easy daddeln only one round here is not wrong, but should also consider the PS3
-Who Addition to good games console and a certain degree (Free) Online game even a very good media / Blue-Ray player wants the PS3 should treat yourself

The comparison between PS3 and Xbox 360 is like apples and pears, but I believe that the PS3 with the better technology, especially now with the attractive price will soon prevail more strongly.
