for the recipe is simple ....
1 liter of semi-skimmed milk yogurt + a non-brewed (or organic farmer, there are more than ferments) + the equivalent of a yoghurt milk semi-skimmed powder ... 3 minutes whisk (the hand) and hop, pot!
10H and later, it is firm and melts in the mouth, acid-free ..... and it reconciles with the natures yogurt!
