Good book. Here is practice, practice and repratique! No analysis on why or how the phenomenon. Concretely, the author explains how to do exercises to get out of her body. These are small exercises (if imagineren is swimming ...) and fairly well explained imaged. There is also Diagrams to explain when doing these exercises that are done well. Specifically, the practice is well explained but a few more examples would have been welcome and a more complete description of what we are supposed to feel at the fateful moment. Good investment!
