This Z-bar curl is indeed sold at a price bax, especially since it was on promotion. However, at this price, it is not as good as in the decathlon for example. Its diameter is a little low for having perfectly in hand and screw tightening is perfectible and loosens between two sets of exercice.de more it is not sufficiently bent I find, 100% not sparing wrists, even if it allows efficient work.
