Zane Grey Theater

I expected not much of the game,
to it is nearly 5 years since it came out, on the other hand, I was never a big fan of Western.
But the game has me than just surprised more, it took me by getting them to like the Wild West.

About the story without betraying too much: to Play the outlaw John Marston who wishes to start a new life and would like to conclude with his criminal past. But the law has not forgotten him, to finally be able to live a peaceful life with his family, he must hunt his former gang. The story is exciting times and then again less exciting but when you're in there once she ties a're at the end, showing an increasingly a surprising depth.
The "hero" John, is in spite of its appearance and history a surprisingly likeable man, someone who has lived his life so because he just had no choice, but has never lost his sense of morality.
The supporting characters (+ for the crazy Seth) are interesting and very believable.
The world, though graphically aged something is very nicely decorated. Whether you are in the north where the mountains are Grizzly bears in the snow, or in the south in Mexico where the sun seems low burning, everything is beautiful and very quickly simply lose thereby only rumzureiten or the sunset zubeobachten. I never thought that the Wild West would be suitable as well as an open world game, but Rockstar has convinced me otherwise. It has some side quests that captivate one and after about 18 hours Story game even further.
In the GOTY edition is still the Undead Nightmare DLC going a little "what if" story in John must save his family from a zombie epidemic that has spread across the country. A brief history that still a lot of fun, and shows that you can also get right DLC.

In the end it does not surprise me that the game has got all the good reviews, which the it has more than deserved.
From me there 5 * for this and I hope Rockstar making more games like that.
