A festive brunch refined with champagne: what more could you want? Well, I must confess that I mostly been a good Crémant or Cava gave preference, because the champagne bothers me the often musty aftertaste. And for the high price I will not go into the risk that there are "rotting". Mind you, I am far from an expert, only an amateur connoisseur who is willing to scroll to a festive occasion, a couple of "toads" more on the table, if the quality is right.
And it does here, I can assure: to be able to use without any technical terms and to especially want, I would call the champagne as fresh, very slightly tart and very aromatic. We at least have enjoyed him with great joy and already placed on the list for the next festive occasion.
