Bluetooth transmitter (no receiver)

This time I have the Bluetooth TaoTronics tested transmitter. So far I only knew Bluetooth receiver. Both should not be confused with each other. A transmitter can be connected to a playback device, which does not yet have a Bluetooth function. Stereo signals are converted into Bluetooth signals, which are then sent to a Bluetooth receiver. For example, the transmitter is connected to an older smartphone, which is still not even has a Bluetooth function. Music of this smartphone can now be transferred to a Bluetooth speaker thanks to the transmitter. Another example: The transmitter is connected to a TV which does not yet have Bluetooth. Now the TV via Bluetooth can send data to a Bluetooth headset. Listen to music or watch movies and listen to the sounds wirelessly through your headphones.

The Bluetooth transmitter TaoTronics is a very simple but effective device. It has a solid audio cable that is connected to the terminal. A battery is integrated in the transmitter. It is perfectly possible to combine the battery, for example with a USB cable at the same time with the TV. So the device is always loaded at the same time during operation. Otherwise, the small part every few hours needs a full battery. For this purpose it is connected using the supplied USB cable to a power plug.

The transmission works flawlessly. There are no shocks nor any other faults. However, both devices must not be more than a few meters apart.

Various LEDs indicate the unit toward the Bluetooth standby or low battery level.

A detailed German and multilingual operating instructions included with the device. There were no outstanding issues with me. Operation is simple and intuitive. The processing can be proud of.

Conclusion: This small Bluetooth transmitter of TaoTronics is worth the money. It works fine and it's fun to stream from older devices from music. Ideal for people who are looking for modern transmission options without equal a new Bluetooth enabled device to purchase.
