I will not repeat all that has been said in other reviews (noise, poor quality of materials), I will add just that I quickly (after some months of use) off the lid and the cup trouble. I bought these pieces (expensive for what it is) on the H sites. Koenig, delivery one of them was broken after several mails to customer service I have still had no response, plus one month, they are really not professional?
