The printer came 3 days ago and made a good impression at first.
Then put into operation immediately and from then began the disappointments:
1.) When commissioning a sheet is printed out in order to check the print quality. The print quality was not okay because in the 4 color boxes always a few points were not printed.
2.) If the print quality is not perfect, the printer prompts on the printhead cleaning. This purification and expression of always new test sheets to check the print quality, I have 5x consecutively performed, from the second time only in the color red (and always in the same place), a point was not printed.
3.) At the 5th iteration of the printer already reported lack of ink in 2 color cartridges, although until then nothing was printed out this test sheets (original ink cartridges that came with the printer).
4) Because I saw no hope that he would someday Print this missing red-point, I turned for help via landline to Brother and received at the head office a special telephone number (chargeable), against which I protested because I see not one that I should pay for a lie in the responsibility of Brother errors (by the way, a bad habit that is spreading more and more, if we accept it without protest consumers). My protest lies the lady at the switchboard unconcerned because they gave me an email address as an alternative.
5.) In the immediately-Posted email with the request for help Brother did not react to this day.
6.) The next day I have because despite Note the printer made on cartridge exchange again a print quality printout (RED error still there), then again made head cleaning, then made print quality printout again and lo and behold, all the color points were properly because great pleasure !!!!
7.) printed a .doc document in which there is a table. BIG fright, in the right half of the sheet horizontal lines are printed staggered.
Performed 8) Head Alignment and parked in the print menu that print head prints in the forward and backward movement, so only when the forward movement (the Help text reading is as if an error could be solved by doing this), unfortunately without success, the problem remains ,
9) Better than last attempt in the print menu, a check mark set in pattern printing, unfortunately without success, the error remains.
10.) As for further experiments, the ink is insufficient, someone wrote to the support with asking for help PIECE, otherwise would return the printer. If you've read this they can already think that Brother has not responded to date.
11) Today (3 days after receiving the printer) at Amazon return led to exchange of the same apparatus.
If I had known that Brother behaves so customer unfriendly, I would not buy anything with them.
10 years ago I bought before a printer in Brother (Laser) and there were also problems, but back then you could still make calls with a technician on a normal landline number.
