Do not keep warm

I chose this club because it had to keep my dish warm. Yet I put boiling water to warm it, before putting my hot meal ... but three hours later, my meal was barely warm.
I'm really disappointed, because for a lunch box does not keep warm, it really does something bulky and expensive !!
Fortunately, the box goes in the microwave.
