The lens hood EW-63C for the EF-S 18-55mm lens from Canon STM fits naturally wonderful on the lens because it is an original Zubehörprdukt it.
The panel does what it is supposed, is easy to assemble and if it is not needed, this can also be flipped be screwed onto the lens.
So far so good ... Priced seen the aperture is of course not a bargain, but it was clear even prior to purchase. It's just an original accessory and you pay for the name of CANON with.

Advantage: the original products Canon - the correct and precise aperture for the specified objective
Disadvantage: the original products Canon - the price is relatively high

I was the perfect fit and the original product more important than price. If you prefer a cheaper, also will determine an appropriate aperture that is not original Canon.

Anyway, I would recommend this accessory fully.
