I have about a week ago started with strength training because I needed a new hobby and my body could use a little variety. In addition to a change of course I's aim was to get a beautiful body. As I could see from the other reviews, the muscles do not grow by air and love, which I took the ground from under the rest and long interrupted in a state of shock. I was really at the bottom! :( That's why I needed an alternative to Quark and co., Because I can not eat 500 grams of cottage cheese a day, maybe a week, but definitely not every day. Eggs not taste me, so I needed a protein shake.

When I opened the box, I immediately the fragrant vanilla smell came into the nose, so I gave myself a few seconds once the smell. Sometimes I just hold my nose clean, because the smell has become a drug and is really well suited to relax and feel good.

I would not say that the powder tastes bad, but it's definitely not a pleasure, unless you have a blender. More about that later. The first taste test, I mixed the powder with milk and by hand. The result: Neutral taste, but it tasted totally Flour. I thought that people exaggerate here, but it tastes really abscheußlich to flour! Then came my second attempt, which was even more cruel and took me almost sickening. I swear that I will never mix this powder with water, because the most disgusting thing I've ever drunk.

The powder is definitely high, I can tolerate it very well and the addictive smell makes all the negative points (floury taste and only with milk used) almost completely gone.

I though for a normal day (no great movement, strength and endurance training) take enough protein to me, but I need more protein for my challenging workout, I resorted to this powder. I can only imagine me of course, but since then I take the powder regularly to me, my muscles are much tighter and developing splendidly. A final answer I can only give in 1-4 months, so there is currently only a half star.

Depending on whether you mix the powder by hand or by the (deliberately not used the right items) can perform device is a completely different flavor can be achieved. Honestly, I will never return the powder to take me by I mix the milk and powder by hand, because it tastes awful. Buy yourself a blender if you do not want to drink out of duty but out of taste to shake. I have made myself a shake from a banana, a kiwi and a half apple. What can I say anyway? It tastes fantastic (NOT floury taste, does not even begin!) And is not lumpy. :)
