Genial absurd trip through South Park - despite censorship!

Since March 6, I was able to enjoy this game, which was rather due to an accident. Like some others, I have this game can buy in a local shop on March 6, and thus far ahead of the re-release! In the meantime, I'm through and can say that it is South Park at its best and it's just huge fun!

Story:
You are a nameless Neuer, who moved with his parents to South Park to find in an idyllic mountain village of peace and relaxation.
On the first day you send your parents out to play, to make friends and have you fall into the adventure. Shortly thereafter, you learn Butters know that leads you to the Kingdom of Kuppa Keep - at Cartmann in horticulture, which Eric and Kenny (as Princess looks like Zelda) is governed. Here also the titular Stick of Truth is protected. Opponents are beginning the Dark Elves, who are trying to take on and so takes a great story unfold the bar. One could think that it is not really a high-sounding, but after about an hour playing time pulling it to the right and there are a lot of twists that are absolutely exciting and bursting with charm only so before classic South Park. But all I do not want to betray, since otherwise gespoilert my opinion too much.

Gameplay and control:
The game is a classic RPG. You control an overworld, so South Park and its surroundings (incl. Canada) .In the various houses of the inhabitants, and all the series known devices can be visited, with partly bizarre and obscene residents. In the struggles of the screen will change and you are fighting turn based by entering commands from a menu ring. There are regular attacks with weapons like sticks, pipes, swords and dildos. But also special attacks with baseball bats, are possible. The battles are interspersed with small but additional well-timed button presses (who knows the Super Mario RPG series, knows immediately Opinion), which additionally cause more damage while facing. Can heal you with healing potions (bag of chips, cola, cookies, etc.), status effects can be cured with normal water and the status of enemies may affect you, by they pelted with his own feces. This makes them, for example in disgust and thus can not heal itself. The feces can, moreover, on every toilet in every house, even produce (assuming it wins the X button as soon as indicated to smashen).

In general you always have a second figure in the fight to the side (at the beginning there is Butters) in order to compete against the opponent. The first opponents are mainly dark elves (ie children from the enemy camp), rats and homeless (which funnily enough all German speaking :-)) Without giving too much away, but there are still really fierce opponents on what to in every respect the charm and humor of the series fit.

In addition to the main quest, there are numerous side missions that you shall do for the individual residents to gain experience. The experience points you get of course also in the individual battles and for the progress in the main quest. The higher your level rises, the more equipment and weapons you can carry. The money you get from the sale of collected stuff, and after you have defeated opponents and this has facilitated their wallet. Of course, it's usually just pennies

Graphics:
The graphics are on a South Park-typical level and thus creates the appropriate atmosphere in the game. The pictures speak for themselves, the effects could 1: 1 derived from the series. Thus, one can not approach with normal standards of the evaluation here. One highlight, however, I find the visit to Canada, especially from graphic way!
What I regurgitates something, however, the occasional stutter Strong if you're running from section to section. Too bad, but outweigh the plus points.

Sound us sync:
Synchronization shines through the incredibly good original voices of the American series and is set to music of high quality. The translation in writing is consistently in German; these are very well done, but sometimes notice that one or the other word joke that comes up in English, does not ignite in German. Nevertheless, good work has been done here.

Conclusion:

Erich game is the game good average, especially in terms of the combat system the model Super Mario RPG is to shame and beautiful loosens. Highlight is the integration into the world of South Park! Series Typical ingenious ideas and implementations can be found on every corner and integrated into the game's incredible way. Never the world of South Park was so good and aptly implemented. If you have gambled the first 1-2 hours, turning the game story-technically only really on and kidnapped with its own unique charm in a brilliant game! One has the feeling of being in a huge South Park episode, which is the best SP episodes in every way. For friends of crude and absurd humor that is the duty of 2014. Title RPG fans might find technically better games, but simply no hotter titles like this concoction. Fans beat, gamblers where South Park should not be a term should be previously informed first accurate than SP. But to me there is an absolute recommendation! :-)

+++ On the subject of censorship, a small addendum +++

The game was far censored, as that so-called. Anticonstitutional symbols are obscured with black bars. Two short minigames (approx 10 sec.) Have been removed and replaced with funny stills, with explanations of the scene. I do not mind really, and so I give peace of mind 5 star. Who but this arg regurgitates which should probably 1 to max. 2 stars remove. The direct and absurd humor triumphs over all deficits ;-)
