Good barbecue with room for improvement

Something I'm unhappy with the grill programs. As shown in the video product, be thicker steaks can thus prepare very nice. The meat gets nice grill marks. Slightly disappointing but the barbecue process runs with thinner meat and especially succulent meat and fish. There Grilled food is cooked more than grilled. A few deeper troughs in the lower grill plate would as a remedy (this example had my old grill). Dissatisfied I am a little with the lower grill plate. For grilling, it is sufficient to apply a little oil with a brush on the plates. The grill plates are easy to remove and clean. As well as the drip tray.

Before first use, make sure you clean the grill plates with detergent and warm water, then leave without heat for grilling (Program "manual") and then wash again. Thus you get the unpleasant odor of the plates away (washer / Wash alone does not help).

Overall, it's a good product. 2 star deduction there due to the high price, which for improvement, lower grill plate (deeper grooves, more pimples) and from time to time but not so great at Ergebis saftigerem grilled food.
