This book is a very good book for anyone who already has solid basics of the language. The problem is the gap between the 1st and 2nd tome which is huge. Without really knowing the first Tome of Manekineko, addressing the 2nd is extremely difficult. I can even get back to me first Tome before really starting the 2nd. There is a large offset level. We pass word written in hiragana with some Kanji, a text with only Kanji. By cons to use this book must have Volume 1 if you will use a portion of Kanji.
