Good coffee, design flaws churning and super customer service WMF

I own the WMF Terra now more since one and a half years. Reason to buy at that time was the appearance to match the kitchen in beautiful brown design and it is a machine of WMF for quite reasonable price. I've done this many users from WMF equipment of any kind, but this machine is only one: A (brown) letdown.
Also I have here read the reviews in advance, but do not let me off by the negative points. Unfortunately, I can confirm almost all mentioned negative points, but let's start with the positives:

The positives:

So now for the negatives:
The opening of the water tank is kept far too small, resulting in the the filling is more like a gamble and an error is here punished with immediate flooding of worktop.
