Good coffee with room for improvement

We bought this machine a little over 2 years at Amazon. For the first order, unfortunately, was the pitcher defective (handleless). At the Eratzlieferung there was only times nothing wrong. The operation of the machine was simple and the coffee tasted as it should. More fundamentally, we expected not from a coffee machine. However, there is criticism of the pot. The lid margin is very narrow and smooth. Therefore, it is sometimes difficult to turn up the lid, is especially if the coffee has cooled somewhat in the pot and thus created a vacuum in the pot. Unfortunately, this negative pressure does not go away when you press the pour through the pot (as do other pitchers). If the hands are still slightly wet, the lid can be like no longer rotate as well. A perforation at the edge of the lid is missing. The next point of criticism also goes to the cover, or the Einfüllmechamismus. One should not ATTEMPT, auszugiesen coffee with the lid closed. Besides being of course, nothing comes out, running coffee in the (hollow) and lid stays in there. Not really hygienic.
Conclusion: If the Food Producer in the pot nachbessert (or the cover), this coffee could be good for 5 star. So it is sufficient, in our view, unfortunately only 3 stars.
