Looking for a sufficiently large Beamerleinwand for occasional movie nights and smaller presentations I found Iago Beamerleinwand in widescreen format (100 inches).
The screen itself is of good quality and delivers what is promised in the products sensitive. Unrolled the canvas falls almost wrinkle-free. Only on closer inspection of the page you can see slight curvatures. The image display falls subjectively very good and also the black contrasting border in my opinion a positive effect in the movie is playing. Unfortunately show up after a three-time usage at the edge slight signs of wear. The black edge masking scrolls here in small spots from already. As long as this effect is not further strengthened which should currently still not be a problem, but if you would have promptly 'nachpinseln'.
Already the relatively high weight of canvas, reel / metal case and tripod suggest that this is an overall rugged construction. Stepless adjustment of the screen length works perfectly. Is clouded this positive overall impression, however, by the suspension of the screen on tripod. The screen varies with me clearly visible down (several centimeters) on a side. An adjustment for correction does not exist. This limitation can be easily rectified though by a wire or cable fastening on their own, the manufacturer would have definitely already can obstruct a mounting solution for this.
Conclusion:
Iago home cinema screen in widescreen format is overall a good canvas for a fair price (70 Euro incl. Shipping). Unfortunately, the non-optimal suspension and minimal wear on the black edge masking tarnish the positive overall impression of something. Both can be correct but at a reasonable cost on their own.
