Good songs, weak sound

The poor rating refers explicitly not to the musical quality of the songs, but the correct weak sound quality of this CD.
The sound is quiet (I have significantly more "untwist" my amplifier to achieve a normal volume), but what is even worse - and can not be eliminated by turning up - the sound is very flat, it has absolutely no volume ,
A shame because the song selection fits. Among the 16 pieces are indeed some in which one wonders when that was said to be a hit. But at least 10 pieces are certainly right on this "Greatest Hits". And about the song itself I must lose no words here well anyway.

Does anyone know a Greatest Hits - might Remastered - which offers good sound quality?
