I already have the Moulinette with 2 knives in my use and wanted to again have my home in Spain. In Spain it was not to get, but there were many different and good mixer on offer. In an electric device catalog, I found this Moulinette with 3 knives, but could not order them - to which it is more expensive in Spain. That's why I have my 2-meter-Moulinette managed to Spain, searched the internet for the 3-meter device for home and they found here inexpensive at Amazon!
I am absolutely satisfied with the device. From apple over ginger root to lemon with peel it crushed everything effortlessly and very fine. I use the equipment daily.
