In 1993, Bananarama actually already written off the last album flopped more or less and this album was hardly noticed by the public.
As a huge fan of course they bought it anyway and as a fan of Stock Aitken Waterman anyway.
Admittedly tore a this album anno 1993 not from the stool. Stock and Waterman (Aitken was away) were in their last breaths.
Over time, however, this album became increasingly audible and today I would describe it as the most iconic of all Bananarama albums.
20 years after the trash factor affects appealing and I hear this album over and over again very much.
This Deluxe Edition has it all and should be in every collection, apart from the very expensive book form can be found here a lot of information, pictures and of course, virtually everything was what had been recorded or remixed for Yourself Please era. The DVD includes all the promo videos plus 2 appearances in British television broadcasts.
If you already have know what I'm talking about and you should also treat them, even if you had the time Please Yourself might not buy the other deluxe editions.
It's all a matter of taste, to me personally, this is the 2nd dearest Banana album by WOW and Pop Life.
Although I still would like to mention that I find the 2 more recent albums and drama Viva absolutely awesome and I hope that even more albums will follow.
