I ordered at "easyfind24", was delivered the next day exactly as per description - ie bowl, various fastening materials, cable, F-plug, LNB, compass, bubble level. Of course, no receiver was there, but was expressly excluded in the product description.
The manual is available in German and in considerable detail. Highly commendable is the appendix "azimuth and elevation table" - that really helps, especially on the way !!!
The LNB is of course no MegaSat but done good service. The delivered me LNB has the support of about 1 cm play the correct position should be after initial setup with tape - or otherwise - mark. In addition, the carrier wobbles slightly in its seat. This has the good reception but not impaired.
The cable was not pre-assembled - counter product specifications and operating instructions. Too bad, I install F-connectors not like. The mail traffic with the dealer tells me that the part of the producers, a receiver and a prefabricated cable is included in the case, but both removed and sold separately for the purposes of maximizing profits. We then customers suffering from this policy.
The compass and spirit level are dismissed by many reviewers as a "toy". Both work surprisingly well, considering the water balance "really" been attached and you do not come with the compass including iron too close. Let us agree better on "Toys"!
To adjust the elevation angle, an angular scale is engraved on the bowl support. That's helpful, but a bit small - more space was not available.
The suction cup is a separate thing. In the manual, although is "pressing" - but no one tells you where you have to press. This refers to the pin, the one pulling the lever mechanism to produce the vacuum. Do I now eliminated all clarities completely? If you have mastered the trick only once, you can hang off an elephant. Nevertheless, I hold the lever mechanism for a design flaw - the better. And I would trust a sucker never, sometime it always falls off.
The "weather protection" is a plastic cap to protect the F plug on the LNB from rain.
The mounting hardware is good for growing on a pole or on a board. But so that you have your fixing problem just shifted. For if I build on the rod or the board? Here a tripod is taking things hip. Then you can turn the stand instead of the bowl even when you set the bowl. And you can while driving the bowl firmly at the top of the stand pipe. Then they are in Sagres (Southeast corner of Europe, Portugal) of the "King" and have found the satellite after 2 seconds, while all automatic antennas give up after several minutes and say, on the outskirts of Astra would stop nothing. Since coming to you as the only successful then real schadenfreude on - and that's a joy (here I would like to have installed a smiley face, but I do not know how to do that).
In the lid of the case a compartment for utensils is available where you can accommodate all mounting hardware. And space for a (not too big) receiver is in the suitcase also available. Very convenient!
It lacks a few plastic washers so that the metal bolts do not scratch the paint. Finally, when camping, the system is assembled and dismantled every few days.
Now this was all from Camper view. For the balcony installation, I recommend to replace the knurled nuts by right and to also use lock washers, slip so after setting anything. Otherwise, you must readjust after each storm.
Conclusion:
The set is a complete success and good value - therefore 5 star despite the lack of washers. The Camper I recommend to take a look at the SAT Campingkoffer 38 cm steel antenna with tripod made of aluminum, however. That should be the same set - but with the same aluminum tripod.
