The only big drawback is the high price for me EIA. The game is great, but for about 45 for the basic game and 30 for the base game, I would have probably considered very carefully whether I'll buy it. Since I got the bundle during Cyber Monday, the price (less than half of EIA) was fine.
Games descriptions there are quite a few, so I refrain, to repeat again. The game instructions of the game is the way super - understandable, short and complete with pictures and examples.
What I highly recommend is the basic game - so as is here - to buy directly with the 1st extension. The "Nomads" bring a lot more pep into play, just dadruch that you can earn gold in the game. I've played the game a few times now and every time the gameplay was completely different, so it is guaranteed never boring. By combining the landscapes with the respective local Rheinfelden and the different objectives, there are countless combinations for the game. For me it is one of the most diverse games that I know.
What bothers some in the expansion, are two cards that need to be replaced in the base game and at the back a German flag (and thus differ markedly from the basic playing cards). The flag is because said cards in German, English, French, Spansich, etc. are present. The labeling would you look can also save - it will probably realize everyone has their own language, even without flag. Apart from the fact the game is anyway at only a German manual. So why all the other language cards that you have to throw away anyway !?
Conclusion: strong buy recommendation for the bundle - but the EIA is a bit exaggerated!
