Proteus Core G502:
Pro:
-Wesentlich Better adjusted (weight) and left / right / head or tail-heavy.
-> It glides much better over the mouse pad. (Logitech G240 Gaming Mouse Pad Cloth)
-Great Lighting! It fits perfectly with the rest of my setup. (Logitech G910 Orion Spark)
-> Lighting can be adjusted individually (Attention only one color!)
Key arrangement like it better than the comparative product.
-> Not so many, but sufficient and better for my hand to reach.
Cons:
-Form. This fits my hand not so good and so cramped my hand pretty quickly.
-> With me some air is still among the palm. You should be slightly higher / hunchbacked (for me).
-Mausrad.
-> Yes, it's really something difficult and, unfortunately, is not as nice non-slip design
-Volume. The volume of the mouse buttons, but so far the loudest that I have.
-> If it is still acceptable. Since the (Logitech G910 Orion Spark) keyboard just a tad bit louder.
-> Why I list this point rather than note and not really as a counterpoint.
Logitech G700s:
Pro:
-Wesentlich Better comfort.
-> This concerns many points. The "hump" to make the mouse is just too perfect for my hand.
-> Keys are nice and quiet.
-> Mouse wheel is "perfect!" tuned.
-> Wireless is already fine.
Cons:
Battery pack does not last too long.
-> After a few years of use (2 years now) he no longer holds any 2h.
Cable. Since not the battery lasts so long, to use the mouse anyway to 70% with the cable.
-> Here the operator falls out very negatively. The G502 can the cable better.
-No Weights.
-> The mouse is me personally right and hecklastig.
(Because this is a comparison)
-No Lighting
-> I find a pity.
Key arrangement is OK
-> For my hand but just "OK"
Now the real negative point:
-quality.
-> The Grip respect the Thumb part dissolves. With me is looking for 2 years by the smooth plastic.
-> Receiver breaks down quickly. The small stick was already 2 defect.
-> Also, the cable for the receiver (although never moved) already had a cable break.
-> Sometimes simply spins the part and the computer says "No" no mouse connected.
Conclusion: The mouse has unfortunately Qualitative weaknesses, without this, it would be the perfect mouse (for me).
So I changed to G502. Although I described the fit is not so super find.
-> Am therefore still looking.
But can advise everyone to both products.
They are both very good mice.
You have to just be aware that if you many hours at the PC sits the G700s possibly something worse mouse is (quality, Akuu, etc.).
Ultimately, however, the hand must feel comfortable. With me is because the G700s before G502s.
So I'm going to buy this possibly again or hope that Logitech this year yet published a revised version.
