Negatives:
Delivery by freight carrier only partially packaged well, although even bolted upright on one-way pallet and down with wood, cardboard but softened by the package above and dried again (as the delivery somewhere in the rain?) And insufficient nachverklebt with fabric tape. Nothing above was protected!
The delivery has been previously provided, despite notification by telephone one day quietly in front of the (Hinterhaus-) doorstep. Without signature. Thank you dear shipping!
New orders, get used (!) And broken (!!) goods. That's a No!
This lot is definitely coming from a return (!!!)
Also because I have found and contacted the old address of the previous purchaser, this customer had returned because black stripes in the glass.
Chrome Wall profiles with scratches, rubber lip is missing below, delivered glass panels in milk glass, but was ordered in clear glass!
Assembly instructions? Wrong! Had I download from the Internet.
Other damage:
3x3 short black strips centrally visible in frosted glass.
Redelivery after 2 weeks (really tough e-mail traffic, some with the trainees of QR division) also damaged again!
This time bumps in the inner metal profile, which are visible during adjustment / pulling out the wall profile.
Furthermore, the wall sections again not protected against scratching (a simple film would have done it) and the (metal) floor rail flying loose in the package around and may damage the glass.
Now there is another problem of who pays me the second installation?
My craftsmen has now a second time ran ... I'm still nice to sit on the first installation costs!
