The Witcher 2: Assassin of Kings - Enhanced Edition Light - [PC] (computer game)

Customer Review

Anticipation, I am an absolute fan of Part 1 (filled finally the emptiness by Gothic) and has long been skeptical because of the many negative reviews and I have therefore now only struggled through playing it. Also, I was not sure if it is running on my old computer (Intel Quad Core Q6600, GeForce 9800GT, 2GB RAM, Vista). But it does absolutely liquid. Do not know why some of the "hardware-hungry" criticized.
The light version is identical to the EE, only the accessory is "light", ie manual and card, 2 DVDs. And since the game is already older and has already written enough, here only a brief summary.

Graphics:
I would say still absolutely worth seeing. Anyway, I'm thrilled.

Sound:
World class! Everything fits.

Story:
Tear one with. I was really fascinated, like a good book. Partly perhaps slightly convoluted much is a only by playing at 2 times clear with the other faction. But by playing 2 times worth it anyway.

Control:
Getting used to. It is somehow "konsolig" what I do not like. But you get used to it, so is ok.

The game:
There is not a moment boring. The side quests are varied and integrate well into the game, the main quest is exciting and varied, beautiful cutscenes, well-made boss and many surprises. Can definitely keep up with Part 1. Better than fallen in part 1 me the nonhumans that I previously not liked very much, now you're really back and forth between the two camps and torn.
What was not so well liked as compared to the conversion of Triss. The sublime / Arrogant is totally absent, even someone could be completely different.
The dialogues are as usual rough and witty, the Aktszenen do not miss out, the battles are bloody and brutal. Not for children the whole.

Conclusion:
All who have not yet played, and are still looking for a good RPG to finally DragonAge 3 and of course Witcher 3 come and VLT. should access also have an older computer, it's worth it.
Oh, running without Steam and otherwise copy chicane!
