Video at Amazon.com See The Klarstein "Rainbow Storm is compact, relatively quiet and has a high air throughput. The device has four rubber feet and two small openings in order to mount it on the wall.

The speed can be regulated in three stages, also in stage 1 "blows" the little black fan quite violently. The fan head can be divided into the required position and engages audibly in each stage.

For a given power consumption of 35 watts per hour, costs about 23 cents 24-hour operation. Low investment, much "air" = 5 star: Now come the summer.
