Once, I had to disassemble the entire machine to get out a paper web being inextricably stuck around this release button. A few dozen pages later, again almost inextricable jam. But there, I threw in the towel. I understood that I would have a more powerful model.
In short, one to two hundred pages shredded before giving this machine with a major design flaw. Certainly not for the money that requires perfection, and after all, the cost per page is not destroyed so important, in the end, compared to printing, among others. That said, abandoning the idea of acquiring this model to a more suitable mill, namely ... that works! ;-)
