This product works perfectly BUT:
make sure you:
1) you have purchased the correct model with steel selector, indeed there are still old models with non-performance plastic selector, outdated and not recommended
2) your thread (tap threads) are adequate and undamaged (distorted) Indeed, even if you already have a screwed valve tip over, there is no evidence that the thread is still correct, it could be distorted and become distorted. We provide new tap fittings matching male, female tap, and the corresponding joints. Do not blame SO not the product inconsiderately (as we see so often disappointed in the comments of customers) but already looking for next to your tap, and test the possible installation on another tap.
3) A properly installed dental jet must not flee. well positioned gaskets and tight ends to the clip you ensure a complete seal. Again looking for the problem on your side before you contact your service representative.
4) It is quite normal to have two positions, one to serve as your tap normally, the other for the water passes through the dental jet, so do not blame the product if you forgot to tap back into position after use and you're done spraying, I read comments saying cétait defective!
5) Same Some customers say it is not practical because they have water mouthful (CIS), and they do not know what to do or became wet when they put in road. Recall that the dental jet moves to the OPEN mouth and the water must flow. If you put it on the way out of the mouth, ensure that the spray is turned to the sink and not to the ceiling!
6) Some users complain about the poor performance to the nozzle holder from the wall. Indeed he is bound by adhesive but receiving your wall wet steam this one will be just coming off. Consider a more sustainable solution with a stronger adhesive.
7) An unhappy customer justifies its comments by his inability to install. The dental jet only requires replacing the existing aerator by one of these pieces in the pack. Being handyman is not mandatory but read the manual and especially know a tap screw tip is essential.
8) Review invokes ejecting nozzles, causing him splashing water on his face. This person obviously as 3% of French too much pressure at the tap. No one is perfect, the nozzles are clipped to the supply pipe, but it is him not to run water to more than 3 bars, under penalty of being actually wash your face no extra ...
9) One comment indicated that the dental jet is not made for traveling. it is screwed and unscrewed yet within minutes and ensures dental hygiene wherever you are. This person indicates that this product is not particularly at home ... Do it washes your teeth than when traveling?
10) Feel free to contact the service if you still have concerns after these recommendations. products are guaranteed and exchangeable.
11) installed and maintained, dental jet will ensure Viv'eau brand of perfect dental hygiene years.
