A pleasant and interesting novel to read, but more by the general culture and the view it offers of police work as for the plot. The book is a kind of ode to the 36 dock goldsmiths, in the particular context of its abandonment for another site, it is quite understandable that the board of police officers and judges have recognized one of them. For the text, it is in the detective novel in the thriller. It is clear that it is written by someone on the inside (not just the Ministry;)) because the heroine and her professional colleagues do not make miracles. At most they learn from their mistakes. It is also worry about a too realistic when we see a little excessive use of custody, that personally I find inhuman. A lack of visibility on vidéosurveillances is half an hour hole in the schedule and put in custody (with extension ...) While it would just question the suspect. But hey, let the author the possibility of having written it voluntarily knowingly. In any case, the novel shows great relationship difficulties policemen with journalists, lawyers and in the family. It appears there also in pure realism. In the end, this novel is a pretext to speak effectively, the police and the history of the dock goldsmiths. The plot is almost secondary.
