For me personally, the game is great, and it's the first game since Wolfenstein - The New Order, that has really captivated me. The action is so bombastic staged that it formally expresses a in some scenes in the chair. What are pre-cut scenes in other games going on here in the middle of game churning. Just epic when, accompanied by orchestral soundtrack, an opponent is the rest in a liquid and perfectly choreographed extermination scene while in the background crashing catapult projectiles with perfect surround sound on the floor, and the fire in the armor reflects. The game puts so full of details that I often run for several minutes by already attended Level sections, just to amuse myself in the atmosphere.
The much-criticized story I found very successful. Clear knows you similar stories already of films like Gladiator, but overall was able to captivate the plot completely and also entertained. And I can tell no one that he has already seen every surprising turn in Ryse (except one has himself trailers and the like already taken with the voltage).
The tiresome Steam activation is of course another matter, but the game itself is awesome. Who is even begin to movies like Gladiator, Braveheart, Ironclad, or series like Spartacus, which can access at the game immediately.
Incidentally, I have played on a Core i5-4670K with 8 GB of DDR3 RAM and a 2GB GeForce GTX760. In this configuration, the game ran at 1920x1080 on maximum details absolutely smoothly and without any bug.
