Not bad, but not a high flyer

I rate Becker professional.5 LMU:
In direct comparison with my Becker Active 50 me a smile is not just the face.
Negatives:
- The battery is very bad! Holds by grade times 1h 15min and, in Night mode when testing. Then why use of this poor battery performance, the new options for vehicle type? So the Navi use as a pedestrian and bicycle? That makes no sense at all if the device simply will go out after a short time!
- No real mechanical on / off switch to conserve the battery, but there is the Active 50! Battery lasts since much longer.
- Satellite detection is worse than the Active 50. When you turn on both devices side by side, the Active 50 is quickly ready.
- The route finding - what shall I say ... In absolutely the same settings the route options in both devices (the Active 50 has the identical options), are the professional.5 LMU routes from that suggest the absolute detours o routes. I would not go so! Since just a national road which leads directly to the target and ignored it can not do anything to change that, if the option to "fast route" is. Without understand what is going wrong can. When Becker Active 50 correct route is displayed at the same time, which takes advantage of this federal road! In addition I must mention the Maps to the Active 50 is not of the new company HERE, which Becker is maintained by professional.5 LMU, but even by the predecessor.

I can only hope that the "Learning Navigation" eliminates the error route guidance.

I want to change this review. The connection speed with the satellite and the absurd routes make it unbearable to use this device. I fruste only. I'm changing from 3 * to 2 * and prefer driving with outdated maps further than to use this Navi. The Active 50 navigates faster and better. (Shame about the old maps) do not know what they've messed with the pro.5 LMU.
