Maca is really one of the few dietary supplements that delivers what it promises. And I've already tried. As a hobby runner, I can say that it gives me more energy. Also in front of the gym it gives me the extra kick. However, you can like almost all dietary supplements not rely on the recommended dosage. A man of 87 kg I take at least one slightly heaped tablespoon a day. The large box is ideally suited for this, better than capsules with much less content. Price performance is excellent here. Capsules are usually only 4: 1 concentrated. The taste is in my opinion not bad. Tastes nutty. When stirred into drinks but clumped it. I take this a milk frother, as clumps nothing.
Here is a list of my dietary supplements with health benefits: 1. Maca 2. Barley grass juice powder (Here there are quality differences between barley grass powder and the highly concentrated and more expensive barley grass juice powder) 3. Vitamin B12 in high doses. At least 1,000 micrograms 4. Vitamin D in high doses, at least 5000 IU 5. Moringa capsules 6. Magnesium after sport 7. zinc for the body's defenses
Everything else you can save, in my opinion. That is my personal experience. For other opinions I have an open ear.
