power problem 1

This feed does not appear to be suitable for all TFT LCD monitors 12V 5A for here I have 2 identical screen, one had grilled food, I ordered the food which apparently seemed to have the same features but it turns out that no, on a screen that will go into safety while on the other screen, it lights but reveals little white lines on each image, so I tried with food that was not toasted and , no worries, so I have the impression that she does not actually exempts the 5A as stated in the announcement.
