I bought the unit two years ago. To make a long story short here's the list of shortcomings:

1. defective power supply fan after 2 years
2. USB connector at the front is broken, sometimes crashes the PC off when you infect a cable
3. The power button with blue LED wobbles in the housing like a rat tail

In addition, the insertion of hard drives is super awkward, clearly is in such a small casing it safe always get tight.

When service phoned Chieftec that crouch completely gone and could not offer me a fan as a spare part, even a power supply for a special price or anything else. They also have not really helped to find a solution.
Service is not everything but important, I myself definitely buy anything from this company.
