Top service from the vendor, but value rather not so good ....

The first shipment was found to be deficient because the rolls were all broken and the paper was therefore verknitter.
However, the provider has been received promptly on the complaint and has, well packed me without much discussion very shortly new roles, sent.
However, I am not convinced of the paper. It tears but very fast and the quality does not necessarily correspond to the price. Since I have not properly researched, but rely on the still mostly good price-performance ratio of the Amazon marketplace.
